Services Provided

Mo3ty provides software development services including web and application development, AI integrations, and e-commerce solutions. The scope of each project is defined in a separate signed agreement between both parties.

Intellectual Property

All content published on this site — text, designs, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of Mo3ty unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights for deliverables provided to clients are defined in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Mo3ty is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or reliance on information published on the site. Our maximum liability in all cases shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all business and technical information you share with us during the contracting or project execution phase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
